We use the Investment Casting Process, "Lost Wax Process" for the manufacturing of our products. This process lends our products an excellent surface finish and a wide selection of alloys with an ease of handling any intricate or complicated shapes, irrespective of the material used for construction. This process is also instrumental in minimizing the production cost and wastage as scrap. We have made our name as a celebrated manufacturer and exporter of an array of products including Pump & Valve Components, Automotive Parts, Hardware Fittings, Orthopedic Implants, Defence Components, Castings Used for Aerospace Applications, Architectural Castings, General Engineering Products, etc. Our company also undertakes job work for the specific requirements of clients like serrations, splines, grooves, holes/slits, and even letters and logos with specified accuracy in the casting itself. We follow stringent quality standards at all levels and stringently abide by international norms and standards. We are equipped with the following facilities to ensure high quality standards:
- Chemical Analysis Laboratory- It is equipped with WET analysis facility to test a wide range of elements. 100% Spectro Analysis of the products can also be done at the facility available at our sister concern's premises, just 100 meters away.
- Physical Testing Laboratry- Equipped with Universal Testing Machine, Brinell-cum-Rockwell, Hardness Testers to measure mechanical properties of castings like hardness, tensile strength, elongation reduction in area, yield strength, intergranular corrosion tests, inspect, bend test.
Infrastructural Facilities Available
We are backed by a robust infrastructure, which is our backbone and facilitates the production of 25 M.T. per month. Some of the facilities available with us include:
- High Pressure Wax Injection Machines ranging from 6 to 35 tonnes clamping pressure to produce high accuracy quality patterns
- Regular upgradation of the machinery to produce monolithic shell moulds in mass quantity with proper control of all critical parameters
- De-waxing bath facility available to remove the wax from the moulds, without any cracking of the shell
- Variable Frequency Induction Melting Furnace for quick melting of alloys
- Easy to achieve high temperature through shell firing chamber furnaces
- Specially designed Knock-out and cut-off equipments to clean and cut castings from the tree
- Automatic grinding equipments are provided for accurate stock removal of castings in gates
- Efficient and state of the art heat treatment facilities available
- Job Handling Capacity of our company stands at upto 500 mm. for linear and weight capacity ranging from a few grams to 60 kgs. per piece
- Highly qualified and experienced professionals are employed by us to undertake the complex task of fabricating multi cavity/master moulds.
